  1. My son is a forklift driver while working on a powerstation shutdown he was asked to work with scaffolders
    by his supervisor in a confined space at 10 metres high platform.
    He walked head on into a steel pipe and hit his head causing head and neck injury he had this diagnosed with head injury was the employer in the wrong to ask him to work with scaffolders with no prior training or certification or experience.
