  2. Hello, I was rear ended by a drunk driver , the police never came he told me he was drunk and he was bending over to pick up his phone and I was stationary at a red light what can I do about that?

  3. Wow… I was rear-ended this past Thursday while sitting at a traffic light. The negligent driver was going 45+ MPH when she impacted me. Her Mercedes was totaled and my truck has major backend damage. Tomorrow morning an auto adjuster/appraiser is coming out to assess the damage and cost. Then there is a separate "liability" adjuster who will be speaking with me. The day after the accident, I had to go in for neck and shoulder pain, at which time the doctor said I couldn't go back to work for one week. The next day (Saturday) I had problems using and raising my left arm. They did do an xray, but nothing was broken. I'm worried that I'll have issues pop up later on and I'm worried about these adjusters. It's sad that all I was doing was innocently sitting at a red light, then all of a sudden got plowed from behind…yet I'm the one that's treated like this. The negligent drivers insurance company said on the phone they were clearly at fault.

  4. Interesting.. What if the person insurance who hit your client's vehicle is delaying a rental car due to not cooperating in giving a statement to them. Who is able to help you in getting a rental vehicle? Your own insurance company, if so do the victim will be responsible for paying for the car rental. Once you receive the car do you have choices in picking your car rental. For example, you had a SUV before the accident, but their insurance company say they are only paying for a passenger car. Yet, you need a SUV (Like a Yukon, with 3rd row seat), because of your family size. What can be done about it?
